PRESS BRAKE MACHINE

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

The machine structure, body and top table are made from steel. And designed to have the optimum strength.
· The hydraulic cylinder are processed and made with precisely honed material. The pistons have a hardened forged steel covered by chrome and manufactured to serve a long life. 
· Exact positioning and repeating operation in CNC presses are provided by advenced CNC control of hydraulic system and cylinders proportional valves and using precision optical linear rules.
· When the machine is started fot the first time, automatic programming provides calibration of cylinder axis and back gauge axis.
· The following calculations can be made after determining the material thickness,

Bend length, and punch tool details to the CNC unit:

â—Ž Determining how many times the material may contact the machine molds before and after each bending

· It provides precise and accurate bending by CNC control of proportional valves and continuously controlling the table symmetry.
· Stroke measurement with high precision linear tables. 
· Motorized back gauge with CNC controlled system with ac or dc sync.
· Hoerbiger (Germany) hydraulic blocks with proportional valves. 
· Eckerle (Germany) oil pump, internal gear type. 
· After the oil channels are properly opened, the working slides are reinforced with low-friction resistance materials, high precision and long life.
· Side safety doors and cylinder covers

CybTouch 15 PS

The CybTouch 15 PS is a 2D numerical control specifically dedicated to entry to mid-range CNC press-brakes up to 6 axes.

It comes in a compact housing offering a large 15” touchscreen and a new horizontal design. As the entire CybTouch range, the CybTouch 15 PS features an intuitive touch screen user interface, offering a high integration of functionalities. Thanks to its large keys, online help, user-friendly HMI and many automatic functions that constantly guide the operator, the CybTouch 15 PS is simply powerful and user friendly. The CybTouch 15 PS is integrated into a sleek and modern housing or can optionally also be delivered as a robust panel. An high speed RF link wireless communication device facilitates backup, restoring, data transfer functions with laptop computers, as well as beam movements’ traces with the included oscilloscope.

HOERBIGER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

  • The absolutely compact PVM central hydraulics solution results from the combination of one integrated IPV press valve per cylinder with the PLM power module

  • The suction valves are arranged on the cylinder base

GIVI MISURE LINEAR ENCODER

Optical incremental scale with glass measuring support, particularly suitable for applications on synchronized press brakes. Reader head guided by a self-aligned and self-cleaning sliding carriage with spring system. Resolution up to 0.1 μm. Accuracy grade ± 2.5 μm in the standard version and ± 1 μm in the high-accuracy version. Metrological certificate provided with each scale. Reference indexes at coded distance or selectable every 10 mm along the entire measuring length, with Zero Magneto Set device. The adjustable cable output and the selectable zero references make the scale SYMMETRIC and applicable to both columns of the press brake. Safety limit switches, positionable at both ends. Sealing lips for the protection of the grating, made of special elastomer resistant to oil and wearing.
