GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
- HGM Series Hydraulic CNC Rake Angle Guillotine Shears provide high-quality cutting for different types of materials and different thicknesses. By entering the material type, thickness, and length into the control unit, the machine automatically determines the cutting angle, blade clearance, cutting length
and back gauge positioning.

- In small sheet metal cutting, the stroke is automatically shortened and working speed is increased. the machine can realize the user mistakes and block it. the blades have along life as well.

- The precise movement of the upper table is provided by hardened sliding rulers which helps to lessen the skid lubrication and maintenance much.

- HGM series shears can be manufactures for the big cutting capacities (big thickness and large length), the ball screw back gauge movement is 1000 mm with motorized Blade gap adjustment.

- The backgauge has a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm, with programmable blade gap, rake angle adjustment.
